Pendlemoon's community work is about bringing people together — whether that's through wellbeing training, creative sessions, or just turning up where people already are.

I deliver Mental Health First Aid training, stress awareness sessions, and basic lifesaving courses to community groups and charities across Gloucestershire and Herefordshire, with pricing on a sliding scale so cost is never the barrier.

Alongside that, I run a growing range of creative wellbeing courses — mindful macramé, weaving, knitting, crochet, photography, and other hands-on mediums. These are slow, tactile sessions designed to give people space to switch off, make something with their hands, and connect with others doing the same.

You'll also find me out and about at community events across the Forest of Dean most weekends, running creative family sessions — drop in, get stuck in, no experience needed.

A calendar of upcoming courses and events is coming soon — for now, get in touch to find out what's on.
